About

A Texas LLC built on process, not track record.

Valenzo Capital LLC is early in its operating history. Rather than compensate for that with marketing, we've built the firm around the same underwriting and project discipline used by established operators — so every relationship starts on solid footing.

Structure

Legal & operating structure

Valenzo Capital LLC is organized as a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Texas. The firm acquires, renovates, and repositions single-family residential property across Texas, operating both fix & flip and buy-rehab-rent-refinance (BRRRR) strategies depending on the asset and exit.

As a Texas LLC, the firm carries its own liability shield separate from its principal, contracts and holds title in its own name, and is built to scale as a standing entity rather than a series of one-off deals.

Where we stand today

An early-stage firm, deliberately structured

Valenzo Capital LLC does not yet have a long project history to point to. What it does have is a defined underwriting process, a conservative approach to renovation budgeting, and a principal directly involved in every deal from acquisition through exit.

We'd rather be candid about being early-stage than overstate a track record. The relationships we're building now — with lenders, brokers, and contractors — are the foundation the firm's history will be built on.

Approach

The discipline behind every deal.

  1. Conservative acquisition underwriting

Offers are built from documented comparable sales and a realistic after-repair value (ARV) — not optimistic projections. Purchase price accounts for renovation cost, holding cost, and a margin for the unexpected.

  2. Itemized renovation scope

Every project has a detailed scope of work and budget before a contractor is engaged, reducing change orders and disputes over what was agreed to.

  3. Exit strategy set before acquisition

Whether the plan is a resale (fix & flip) or a cash-out refinance into a long-term hold (BRRRR), the exit is defined before the purchase closes, not decided afterward.

  4. Direct, principal-led execution

Decisions on offers, budgets, and draws are made directly by the principal — there is no committee or layer of account managers between our partners and the person deciding.
